Water quality testing by the Environment Agency

It is good to know that the Environment Agency carries out water quality checks on the Caldy Brook in the Nature Park. The team out today was pleased to know that the Friends of Caldy Nature Park are passionate about caring for our Park.

They asked that you report anything suspect to their Hotline, 0800 80 70 60.

A photo helps and a location, post code, OS Grid Ref or What3words.

The photo of the brown discolouration was taken the other week. Initial tests today show water OK, but this does not include any lab tests.

If in doubt, report it, it helps them build up a picture of any problems, thank you.
