Working Party

We carried out the first stage of the wild flower planting plan; Cowslips, Meadow cranesbill, Oxeye daisy and Common knapweed.

We planted them in the car park meadow and along the route leading up to Cleggs Close.

We also carried out trimming back of overhanging fallen and dead branches and brambles, that were at head height, along paths and tidied up path edges and around benches throughout the park.

It was a good turn out, with one new volunteer turning up to help, a lovely sunny morning, in great company.
